BDC-35AC.JPG (89917 bytes) The BDC-35 is a 3/8" dia. x 5.0 MHz Composite dual supplied with LEMO or BNC connectors. The BDC-25 is a 1/4" dia. x 5.0 MHz version. These are field-rugged transducers in a high wear housing with top exiting armored cable. They provide near surface resolution to 0.040" (1.0mm) and have a maximum operating temperature of +400 F (+204 C). They have been used for through paint thickness measurement on steel with the DM2, 35 DL+, NDT-750, T-Scope III and other digital ultrasonic thickness gauges.

ULTRAGEL-II a general purpose, water soluble gel couplant, good from -10 to +250 F (0 to +121 C).

It is carried in stock in cases of 1 dozen 4 oz. or 12 oz. bottles but is not sold as single bottles. It is also available in 1-Gallon collapsible plastic container and 5-gallon, 15-gallon and 55-gallon drums.

High Temperature couplants SONO 600 gel and SONO 900 paste are available in 4 oz. tubes. Couplants also available for special applications.

Standard BNC to BNC, BNC to Microdot and LEMO#00 to Microdot x 6 feet long coaxial cables are usually available from stock.
